An intelligent robot called Roz finds herself marooned on an isolated island after a shipwreck. Lacking any pre-programmed knowledge about surviving in nature, Roz initially struggles to understand her surroundings. The island is wild, filled with animals who see Roz as an oddity and a threat. Nevertheless, Roz begins to study the animals’ behaviors and interactions, using her advanced intelligence to learn the ways of the natural world.
